$54 Million laptop

This is an awesome story. A woman brings in her laptop to Best Buy to get it repaired. They lose it after a few weeks. Woman is disgruntled. Best Buy offers a gift card for the loss. Woman says it's not fair. Her identity is stolen--personal tax data on the computer. Best Buy does not apologize. Woman files a $54 million lawsuit. How much would you sue if your laptop (with all those priceless pictures, stuff from iTunes, and valuable time lost) was stolen?
